To participate you will be asked to do a period of trial. The best moment is the summer. You can come and help us in one of our projects. This will give you the chance to understand if this is made for you. If the answer is a sound “YES” you can consider to become a share holder to finance the construction of your own home. good evening …
Though i have been interested in this type of community living. I have just started looking for the actual spaces to visit with my 3 year old daughter and partner.. it seems the time has come.. and we have found your site – and are interested in visiting…
one of the first reasons we spotted this community is because it is in NS, and we currently live in the area – and are looking for a little adventure and introduction to this type of living while keeping the budget of travel.
we are wondering if there is any chance we could visit in march of this year. i know it is short notice but i am currently haveing to move – and am thinking this might be a good in-between to help us find some happyness while we make our future plans…
we can work / help in many ways depending on your needs.. if you could let us know any more information suited to this it would be much help.. we look forward to your response.
    thankyou

hello, my boyfriend and I will be in Nova scotia this summer and we’re looking for places to visit! Can you send me a number so I can contact you to arrange a time to visit? We’re from an eco village in Manitoba- Northern Sun Farm so we’re familiar with an eco village lifestyle, but we’d like to explore other perspectives on our travels!

Hello, I have been living in the Port Maitland area for quite a few years and have just recently been informed of your Ecovillage Project. Im extremely interested in this and have explored your website and I think this is a great idea and place for this. I have just recently arrived back into the Port Maitland/ Darling Lake area from work in antigonish and I am back for the summer until sometime in the Fall. If you are still in need of any workers in your project i would be more than glad to help with this project. I hope to be in contact in the near furture.

  4. Hello
I am a producer for Eastlink TV in Yarmouth. I am wondering who would be the best person to talk with about the possibility of producing a short feature on the Eliopoli Project in Port Maitland? Our main “good news” show, Eastlink Magazine, features stories of people, places and events from across Nova Scotia. I think your community would make an excellent addition to a future show..
    Thank you.

    Hello,

I am very interested in your project and want to discover more eco-villages.
Is it possible to visit a few days in early May?
If so, are you willing to help against a housing and a meal?

    Thank you so much!
