Alma Mater is a farm, part of Eliopoli green business. It develops the ideas of an Organic permanent way to interact with Mother Nature. We bring to the comunity Organic Food, medicinal herbs and Stock-farm with the principle of Permaculture. .
This includes various types of activities, as breeding a small herd of sheep and other lifestock, growing different kind of forage and vegetables , forestry etc. All of these will be limited in space, number and impact on the environment. We intend to sell our products locally, for instance on the farmers market.
One important component of our project is a so called “Growing Geodesic Dome”, which is a dome-shaped Greenhouse that allows to grow vegetables throughout the year, also in the winter.

- Local - it only had to travel a short distance from the field to your plate
- Healthy - it was grown and prepared using our best knowledge of what nourishes the whole person
